With so many coffee shops in Pasadena this one stands out with their unique drinks and the interesting themed decor. I ordered a couple of their popular drinks that were surprisingly tasty and definitely satisfying. The Unicorn Poop is a cream top with milk and espresso topped with a pretzel to give it a fun salty aftertaste. It’s a drink I would get again. The Jasmine Blossom was the second drink I experienced and it was also a fun drink with the perfect blend of milk and jasmine tea with a shot of espresso. Both of them were winners to my tastebuds and will definitely be back to explore more of the menu. The service was really friendly and the shop is super cute and inviting. So if you’re ever in the mood for something like this then check it out.

Tasty coffee! I had the Unicorn Poop and my partner had the Peach Oolong Latte. Both were balanced, flavorful and delicious. I appreciated the unique flavor profiles that is harder to find in the US.

Cute new coffee shop in Old Town Pas with unique drinks, a sleek aesthetic, and a fun unicorn theme! Service was friendly and efficient. My rose latte was decent but I’d likely try one of their more unique drinks next time like the Unicorn Poop latte lol. The Rose Blossom Latte has rose black tea, espresso, and milk with a small amount of cream on top and some rose petals and green powder (not sure exactly what it was lol - it had no flavor). It had a nice rose flavor profile and the cream was slightly sweet. I got the drink at 50% sweetness which was perfect for me - I don’t like a lot of sugar so I’d stick with this sweetness level. The rose petals were an issue for me - usually they’re soft and velvety and I like them in my drinks. But these were sharp and tough and not really chewable. They didn’t seem fresh and had no flavor - I wouldn’t want these again. Based on all the previous photos I saw online and on Yelp I was expecting it to be a little more elaborately topped and was hoping for a cute marshmallow animal topper but I didn’t see any of that. I’ve been wanting to go to this place for a while and I finally got to try them! I got their matcha latte, which is on the sweeter side, and actually really liked it! It’s sweet, creamy, fragrant, and it’s got the perfect balance of flavors! And their cute little shop is definitely a plus :)

Unicorn Coffee is amazing! The drinks are creative, beautifully made, and taste incredible (the matcha latte is my new obsession 💚). The shop has a fun, welcoming vibe with plenty of space to relax or work. Staff are friendly and make you feel right at home. Definitely the best new coffee spot in Pasadena—can’t wait to come back!
